Just 5 minutes a day

Before you start take note of your back condition. Next measure your stomach around your belly button and last of all take your weight.

Now do the exercises every day for at least two weeks and preferably a month and then remeasure.

Yes, 5 minutes a day is hard to do but if you want results there is no better way. I did it so can you?
